Executive Summary
The Supervisor of Exceptional Student Education, on behalf of the Superintendent of Schools, hereby requests the Board approve the amendment to agenda item 22-0674 with Insights to Behavior and approve the annual subscription, onsite training, web training, and web management. Insights to Behavior is a web based platform to aid administrators, teachers, and district staff in the development of individual behavior plans and progress monitoring for students. This platform also provides behavior related professional development for teachers. Insights to behavior is a sole source. The amendment is to correct the school year for the quote. The previous approved item had the incorrect school year.

If the agenda item includes the purchase of goods or services, the funds requested are an anticipated amount and may fluctuate depending on such factors as current market conditions, product availability, additional funding sources, and the needs of the District. Should the actual cost exceed the anticipated amount, the Board approves the additional cost, after review by the superintendent, but not in excess of the funds available in the site’s approved annual budget.
