The Workshop was called to order at 2:35 P.M. Also present were John Stratton, Superintendent and  
Dennis Alfonso, School Board Attorney.

Ray Pinder, Director of Human Resources came forward to present this item. After  
some discussion, Vice Chair Duval and Board Member Prescott stated that they still  
have issues with the hourly rates and cannot support this. The consensus of the Board is  
to have several options come back before them at the next Workshop.
