$27,607.66 (Half-Cent Funds).  
Approve the Closeout/Final Acceptance to the Contract with BVB  
Construction, Inc., for the Springstead High School Theater Renovation,  
Project No. 0181-213-0719 and Authorize Final Payment in the Amount of  
$29,177.80 (Half-Cent Funds).  
Approve the Contract for Services between the ARC Nature Coast and  
Hernando County School Board for the 2022-2023 School Year to provide  
transition services and the issuance of a purchase order in the estimated  
amount of $35,000.00  
Approve the Memorandum of Agreement between Lighthouse for the Blind  
and Visually Impaired and Hernando County School Board for the 2022-2023  
school year and issuance of a purchase order for the estimated amount of  
$2,500.00.  
Approve the Professional Services Agreement between IU LLC, dba ACD  
(Accessible Communication for the Deaf) to provide sign language  
interpreting services for the deaf and hard of hearing in the amount of  
$5000.00.  
Approve the Service Agreement between Community Rehab Services, Inc.,  
and Hernando County School Board for the 2022-2023 school year to provide  
therapy services and the issuance of a purchase order in the estimated amount  
of $12,500.00.  
Approve the Service Agreement between CareerStaff Unlimited, LLC and  
Hernando County School Board for the 2022-2023 school year to provide  
therapy services and the issuance of a purchase order in the estimated amount  
of $20.000.00  
Approval of the Adoption and Purchase of K-12 Mathematics Materials and  
Issuance of Purchase Orders to Florida School Book Depository and Multiple  
Vendors on an as Needed Basis for an Estimated Amount of $3,500,000.00  
Approve the amendment to the agreement with Lego Construction Company,  
for the Eastside Elementary School Cooler/Freezer Addition Project for  
construction goods and services for $527,827.85 (portion using Half-Cent  
Funds).  
Approve the amendment to the agreement with Lego Construction Company,  
for the Westside Elementary School Cooler/Freezer Addition Project for  
construction goods and services for $436,392.89 (portion using Half-Cent  
Funds).  
Approve the sole source purchase of installation services from Rauland Borg  
a Division of Ametek and authorize the purchase of this service for  
$25,053.00 using Impact Fees.  
Approve amending bid no. 21-910-26, HVAC Equipment & Parts,  
Installation, Repair Services & Related Products awarded to Balanced  
Mechanical & Plumbing, D-Mar Contracting & Development, Key  
Mechanical, Mechanical Services of Central Florida, Tampa Bay Trane/Trane  
US, and The Ware Group/Johnstone Supply to adjust the estimated annual  
spending amount and authorize purchases for an increased estimated annual  
amount of $2,000,000.00.  
Approve the Purchase of Advanced Placement Exams and APSI Training  
from the College Board and Authorize the Issuance of Purchase Orders for an  
Estimated Amount of $229,015.00  
Award Bid No. 22-968-39, Plumbing Repairs & Services and Parts, to  
Balanced Mechanical and Charlies Plumbing, for District wide plumbing  
repairs and services and authorize the purchase for an estimated annual  
amount of $100,000.00.  
Award Bid No. 22-968-40, Lift Stations & Sump Pumps: Maintenance  
Services & Repairs, to EMS of Central Florida and US Water Services  
Corporation, for lift station and sump pump repairs and authorize the  
purchase for an estimated annual amount of $200,000.00  
Approve the Purchase of Pre-Advanced Placement Curriculum from the  
College Board and Authorize the Issuance of a Purchase Order for an  
Estimated Amount of $76,295.00
