Executive Summary

The Director of Transportation Department, on behalf of the Superintendent of Schools, hereby requests the Board to approve out of state travel, for Dillon Paqualihio and Jeremy Bergen to Tulsa, Oklahoma to attend IC Bus University on July 8th, 2024, to July 12th, 2024. Staff will attend training that relates and focus on how to service a variety of engines, transmissions, and other bus components.  Sunstate is covering the costs of registration, airfare, hotel lodging, and eight (8) meals per person except for the remainder of the meals and travel to and from Tampa International Airport which has an estimated cost of $184.00 dollars.
