Presentation of Proposed Revisions to the Interlocal Agreement for School Planning

Executive Summary
The Director of Facilities and Construction, on behalf of the Superintendent of Schools, hereby requests the Joint Committee review the presentation of Proposed Revisions to the Interlocal Agreement for School Planning, by Mr. Chris Wilson, attorney representing the school district.
On March 30, 2023, during an Interlocal Government Meeting, school district staff gave a presentation to the Joint Committee on the need to update Interlocal Agreement for School Planning. In a follow-up presentation on March 14, 2024, the Joint Committee directed school district staff to organize a Working Group with planning staff from the school district and both Local Governments to draft a revised Interlocal Agreement for School Planning.
This presentation by Mr. Chris Wilson provides an overview of revisions recommended by the Working Group.
