Executive Summary
The Directors of Elementary and Secondary Programs, on behalf of the Superintendent of Schools, hereby requests the Board to approve the renewal of Bid No. 23-785-40 RN: Classroom Instructional Materials, Supplies and Equipment (Catalog Discount) to multiple vendors listed on the attached tabulation sheet. This tabulation establishes a contract with a pool of responsive, responsible vendors who have met all terms, conditions, and specifications of the solicitation, offering percentage discounts off products from their published catalogs and/or websites. Schools/sites will have the flexibility to obtain quotes from any of the awarded vendors, allowing for the greatest value and to meet the needs of the district. Purchases will be made on an as needed basis and will be charged to various school approved budgets and/or internal accounts.
