Executive Summary
The Director of Communications, on behalf of the Superintendent of Schools, hereby requests the Board to approve the renewal of the contract with ParentSquare for a three (3) year term and authorize the purchase of services for Year One (1). ParentSquare is an online family engagement and communication platform allowing the District to connect, communicate and provide information to parents, guardians and students district wide.
Annual Cost Breakdown:
Year 1 - $114,740.00
Year 2 - $120,064.00
Year 3 - $125,888.00
This agenda item is requesting approval to issue a Purchase Order for Year 1. Future purchases (Year 2 & Year 3) are subject to annual funding appropriations and Board approval.

Should the actual cost exceed the anticipated amount, the Board approves the additional cost, after review by the superintendent, but not in excess of the funds available in the site’s approved annual budget.
