Executive Summary

The Director of Facilities & Construction, on behalf of the Superintendent of Schools, hereby requests the Board approve the final acceptance/closeout to the agreement with The A. D. Morgan Corporation for Construction Manager Services for the New Air Rifle Range for Central High School ROTC using donated funds.

 

The original contract amount was $1,190,061.00, of which $1,011,585.54 has been paid, leaving a balance of $178,475.46. Change order 01.1 reduces the contract by $178,475.46 leaving a balance of $0.00.

If the agenda item includes the purchase of goods or services, the funds requested are an anticipated amount and may fluctuate depending on such factors as current market conditions, product availability, additional funding sources, and the needs of the District.  Should the actual cost exceed the anticipated amount, the Board approves the additional cost, after review by the superintendent, but not in excess of the funds available in the site’s approved annual budget.
