Executive Summary
The Director of Facilities and Construction, on behalf of the Superintendent of Schools, hereby requests the Board approve the agreement and authorize the purchase of pre-construction services for the Winding Waters K8 Restroom Project, from Walbridge Aldinger, LLC, for an estimated budget of $525,000.00, which includes the purchase of $5,250.00 in pre-construction services.
The construction cost for this project is estimated to be $525,000,00. Upon completion of Pre-construction Phase services, this Agreement will be modified by a Guaranteed Maximum Price Amendment to establish the total Cost of the Work.
