Executive Summary
The Director of Food and Nutrition Services, on behalf of the Superintendent of Schools, hereby requests the Board approve the award of Bid No. 26-380-13: Milk, Dairy & Juice Products awarded to TG Lee Dairy and M&B Products with an estimated annual expenditure of $1,500,000.00. This Bid Contract Period will be December 9, 2025, through December 8, 2027. Milk, juice and other dairy products will be delivered to school sites as needed. These are products that are used to meet component requirements within the National School Lunch, Breakfast, After School Snack and After School Nutrition (Supper) Programs.

If expenditure is not currently budgeted, this will serve as the budget amendment when Board approved. If the agenda item includes the purchase of goods or services, the funds requested are an anticipated amount and may fluctuate depending on such factors as current market conditions, product availability, additional funding sources, and the needs of the District. Should the actual cost exceed the anticipated amount, the Board approves the additional cost, after review by the superintendent, but not in excess of the funds available in the site’s approved annual budget.
