Executive Summary
The Director of Food and Nutrition Services, on behalf of the Superintendent of Schools, hereby requests the Board approval for the software renewal fee of $93,786.17 for the Titan School Solutions. The software was originally purchased in 2019 through the piggybacking of The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS). This tabulation is solely for the renewal of the subscription for the software currently in place. This software operates the point of sale, digital menu boards, Linq family portal, menu planning, nutrient analysis, inventory production records, temperature capture, ordering and student management. The increase from $86,010.40 to $93,786.17 is an increase in fees of $6,880.77, plus the addition of the Titan Sandbox which is a training platform within the software that utilizes HCSB data for $895.00 for a total increase of $7,775.77. The Hernando County School District Bid #19-204-17 PB has been assigned for internal tracking purposes.
