Executive Summary

The Coordinator of Exceptional Student Education, on behalf of the Superintendent of Schools, hereby requests the Board to approve out-of-state travel for [Stacey Holcomb to attend the National Federation of the Blind Teachers of Tomorrow program in Baltimore,  Maryland, Washington, DC., and Ruston, Louisiana.  The Teachers of Tomorrow program will equip Stacey with knowledge of the skills and attitudes that can help blind students thrive in school and beyond.  The program is at no cost to participants.
