Executive Summary
The Director of Facilities & Construction, on behalf of the Superintendent of Schools, hereby requests the Board Award RFP #9009-2510-505, Real Estate Appraisal Services, to CBRE Valuation and Advisory Services, Lee Pallardy, Inc., and Value Tech Realty Services, Inc., to Provide Appraisals in Hernando County, Florida for the Acquisition of Future Schools and Support Facilities, and Also for the Sale of Existing School Board Real Property and Approve the Contract and the Purchase of the Goods And/Or Services for an Estimated Annual Amount of $55,000.00.
The duration is for three (3) years with the option to renew for two (2) one-year periods.

If expenditure is not currently budgeted, this will serve as the budget amendment when Board approved. If the agenda item includes the purchase of goods or services, the funds requested are an anticipated amount and may fluctuate depending on such factors as current market conditions, product availability, additional funding sources, and the needs of the District. Should the actual cost exceed the anticipated amount, the Board approves the additional cost, after review by the superintendent, but not in excess of the funds available in the site’s approved annual budget.
