The Manager of Warehouse, Property Control, Printing and Records, on behalf of the Superintendent of Schools, hereby requests the Board’s approval to amend bid No. 22-485-05 RA, Janitorial/Custodial Products and Supplies (Warehouse Delivery) by accepting the price adjustment for item #34 awarded to Buckeye Cleaning Center. An estimated additional cost, based on product usage, is $3000.00 for FY 2022-2023.
