Approve job descriptions and salary schedules for the Aaron Feis Guardian Program

Executive Summary
The Director of Safe Schools, on behalf of the Superintendent of Schools, hereby requests the Board approve the job descriptions and salary schedules for the positions for the Aaron Feis Guardian Program. On October 12, 2021, the Board adopted a resolution to establish a Guardian Program. The approval of the job descriptions and salary schedules is necessary in order to move forward with posting of the positions that will be funded through the recently approved millage referendum.

There is no impact to the general fund budget. The cost for this job description agenda item is $ 0.00, see attached budget sheet. The total program will cost approximately $360,335.45 per year, paid from millage funds. This cost will be reflected on the Memorandum of Agreement agenda item.
