Approve the agreement and authorize the purchase of pre-construction services for the Winding Waters K8 Capacity Project, from T&G Constructors for an estimated budget of $2,600,000.00, which includes the purchase of $26,000.00 in pre-construction services.

Executive Summary

The Director of Facilities and Construction, on behalf of the Superintendent of Schools, hereby requests the Board Approve the agreement and authorize the purchase of pre-construction services from T&G Constructors for an estimated budget of $2,600,000.00, which includes the purchase of $26,000.00 in pre-construction services for the Winding Waters K8 Capacity Project.

 

T&G Constructors has been pre-qualified to provide Construction Management services on a continuing services basis under RFQ No. 9009-234-2103, approved by the Board on 4-13-21, as Agenda Item #4809.

 

The construction cost for this project is estimated to be $2,600,000.00.  Upon completion of Pre-construction Phase services, this Agreement will be modified by a Guaranteed Maximum Price Amendment to establish the total Cost of the Work.
