Executive Summary
The Director of Facilities and Construction, on behalf of the Superintendent of Schools, hereby requests the Board’s approval to amend Bid No. 22-485-05 RA, Janitorial/Custodial Products and Supplies (Warehouse Delivery) by re-awarding item #6 to Buckeye Cleaning Center and items #7, #20 and #37 to Pyramid School Products. These items were originally awarded to Gem Supply Company and Home Depot Pro on August 10, 2021 however, neither company is able to provide these products as per bid description. The items will be re-awarded to the next lowest bidders on the reverse auction, Buckeye Cleaning Center and Pyramid School Products. An estimated additional cost, based on product usage, is $1,250.00 for FY 2021-2022.
