Approve the Service Agreement between Community Rehab Services, Inc., and Hernando County School Board for the 2022-2023 school year to provide therapy services and the issuance of a purchase order in the estimated amount of $12,500.00.

Executive Summary
The Director of Exceptional Education on behalf of the Superintendent of Schools, hereby request the Board to approve the Service Agreement between Community Rehab Associates, Inc. and Hernando County School Board to provide services such as speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and vision services to students with disabilities as designated on the students' Individual Education Plan (IEPs). If the position is unfilled, and the position is necessary to deliver services to students with disabilities as designated on the students' IEP, the contacted services are used. The only change to the previous year agreement (2021-2022) is an hourly increase of $2.00 from $60.00 to $62.00 per hour for Speech Language Pathologist M.S. (CCC-SLP). Approval is also requested for the issuance of a purchase order for an estimated amount of $12,500.00.
